This sculpture has been created in galvanised wire. Untreated steel or bronze wire can be used instead.  As each piece is uniquely created you can choose the material if you wish. The price shown is for galvanised wire only.

Rupert Till has been creating wire sculptures for over twenty years and has established himself as one of the country's leading contemporary sporting artists. His work reflects his love of the countryside and the animals within it. He focuses on working from life studies, drawing and sketching, translating his observations into powerful sculpture.

Created using bronze or steel wire, his work encapsulates the movement and spirit of each animal, whilst demonstrating his maturity as a master sculptor. Since leaving Chelsea School of Art, he has built up a worldwide client base of collectors, over a 17 year career span.

Rupert’s work is held in private collections and public spaces through the UK and Europe, United States, Australia and Japan. He is one of our foremost wire animal sculptors and has completed a long and distinguished list of commissioned work.

Rupert won the 5 Star Gold Award at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2014 with his stunning life-size horse head, Equus.

Each work is uniquely created by hand unlike cast sculptures where a number of pieces are made from the same mould.

You can buy any piece that's on our website - if we do not have it in stock, Rupert will be pleased to create one for you.

Alternatively, if you wish to own an original piece personal to you, Rupert is happy to take commissions. These can be family pets or impressive statements - anything is possible.

Either way please contact us and we'll be happy to talk about how we can meet your requirements.  We work closely with Rupert to provide a comprehensive service from consultation to installation.
