DELIVERY EXPLAINED

For safety and security we use a courier to deliver your order. We pack all orders with extreme care to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition. We have many years experience sending framed & mounted prints using our courier.

The appropriate charge will be shown in your shopping basket.

Once your order is ready for despatch, we will telephone you to arrange a convenient day for you to take delivery. If you wish you may choose for us to deliver to an alternative address which may be more convenient such as a work address. You can make this choice during the checkout process or when we telephone you.

UK deliveries are made up to 6pm on weekdays. Timed deliveries are not available to some UK postcodes. If you have chosen a timed delivery during the checkout process which is not available to your postcode we will tell you when we contact you to arrange delivery and refund the premium paid for the upgraded delivery.

Orders may be placed on our website for mounted or framed limited edition prints to be delivered to a UK address.
Orders may be placed on our website for mounted limited edition prints to be delivered to a European Union country address.

For delivery of framed limited edition prints to mainland Europe or orders to other locations worldwide, please telephone us to discuss your requirements.

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

Once we have telephoned you and agreed a delivery date for your order we agree to supply. Until that point we have not accepted your order, nor taken payment from you, and may if necessary cancel your order. This means that if we have made a mistake with pricing or specification we can correct it and are not obliged to supply your order.

ON DELIVERY PLEASE RETAIN ALL PACKAGING FOR YOUR PURCHASE WHILST YOU ASSESS ITS SUITABILITY FOR YOUR NEEDS.

RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS

If for any reason your purchase has been damaged in transit and does not arrive in perfect condition please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange an exchange as quickly as possible and at your convenience. Please repack your purchase in the original packaging.
