Step by Step Guide to Buying Artwork

Placing an order with us online couldn't be simpler, just follow the step-by-step guide below:

1. Select the prints, originals & sculpture you wish to order

i. Browse our online gallery to find the prints, original paintings, drawings, or sculpture you wish to purchase. 

You can do this by selecting from the main menu dropdown list either Categories (to browse either prints, originals, or sculpture), Search by Artist, or you can use the search bar to look for a particular subject matter or other keyword.

ii. Once you find the prints, original paintings, drawings, or sculpture you wish to purchase, look for the ‘Add to Basket’ button, which signifies the item can be ordered online.  

If you can’t see the button, that particular artwork cannot be ordered online, but we can process the order over the phone if you give us a call or email us to discuss your requirements.  This is necessary for all items over £3,000 as it helps ensure your own security, and allows us to give you the best quality service tailored to your specific needs which can’t always be best served by a website.

iii. Add your item(s) to your basket using the ‘Add to Basket’ button on each product page.  Remember when choosing prints to select the correct format your require ie. Mounted Print or Framed Print.

Your basket total will be updated in the top right corner of the page with the number of items you have selected.

About prices on our website - we make every effort to ensure prices where shown are correct. On rare occasions an error may lead to an incorrect price been displayed. Should you order an item with an incorrect price we will contact you to see if you still want to purchase the item at the correct price. Rest assured we do not take payment until this has been confirmed.

2. Review your Shopping Basket

You can review your shopping basket at any time. 

i. Either click the button that appears each time you add an item to your basket, or click the ‘shopping bag’ icon in the top right corner of the page.

ii. Adjust quantities or remove items if necessary, and click ‘Update’ to save your changes.

iii. Use the dialogue box to tell us any special instructions regarding your order such as to request a specific delivery day.

3. Checkout

i. Click ‘Checkout’ once you’re happy with the items you wish to order.  You are now browsing our secure server.

ii. Select the 'Express Checkout' option or continue to fill in your contact details manually.

4. Completing your Order by Manually Filling in your Details

i. Enter your email address.

ii. Check the 'email me with news and offers' box if you would like to receive occasional emails about new artwork, promotions and exhibitions.

iii. Enter your name and delivery address.

iv. Select your preferred delivery method from the list. 

For safety and security we use a courier to deliver your order.  We pack all orders with extreme care to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition.  We have many years experience sending framed and mounted artwork using our courier.  Once we have received and processed your order we will contact you to arrange a delivery day to suit you.

v. Enter your payment details.

Your card will be authorised for the amount shown at the top of the screen but we will not take the payment until we have called and agreed the delivery date with you.

vi. If your delivery address is different from your billing address, uncheck ‘use shipping address as billing address’ and enter the relevant address.

5. Complete your Purchase

i. Once you are happy that your details have been correctly entered, click ‘Pay Now’.

What Happens Next

i. You will receive an email acknowledging our receipt of your order. 

ii.We will then contact you in due course to arrange a delivery date.  

iii. Once delivery has been arranged, we will take the payment from the payment card you used when placing your order.  If for any reason there is a delay in arranging your delivery we may collect your payment first but this is not usually the case. 

iv. For your convenience our courier will email or text you on the day before your delivery with a reminder of the date, and again on the morning of your delivery with an estimated time slot.
