Peter Rodgers
Peter, who lives & paints in Jesmond, Newcastle, trained as a commercial artist in the 1960's at Sunderland Art College & has had a very successful career in advertising & design. He now concentrates solely on his watercolour painting.
Peter paints in various styles & his subjects include moody landscapes, nostalgic beach scenes with rainy days on the promenade and urban scenes. Over the last few years his hallmark figures with umbrellas have become very recognisable.
